Merve Karaduman gives consultancy, transactional and dispute resolution services on corporate and commercial matters, administrative law, real estate and construction law, intellectual property, consumer rights matters, enforcement and bankruptcy law. Merve also serves as a mediator registered at Department of Mediation of Ministry of Justice.

Merve represented leading local and foreign clients in high-profile and complex disputes where foreign elements were in question at both domestic courts and international arbitration institutions, as well as in serial court actions throughout Turkey where she developed strategies which best served the clients in protecting their rights.

She regularly advises local companies as well as companies with foreign capital in life sciences, agriculture, construction, IT, energy, advertisement, media, textile, stationery, food and beverage sectors on their day-to-day operations.

She provides legal support in negotiation and drafting of local and cross-border commercial contracts including sales, distributorship, technology transfer, agency, service, design, transfer of business, licence, consultancy, production, supply agreements.

Merve has also considerable expertise in trademark, industrial design and copyright law representing her clients in all kinds of transactions before Turkish Patent and Trademark Office as well as in cancellation, nullity, unfair competition, violation, compensation and criminal actions.

Merve graduated from Law Faculty of Galatasaray University in 2009. She speaks English, French, Spanish and Turkish.
